The Converse Fund Challenge

The Converse Fund Challenge was an exciting, one-day event designed to raise vital support specifically for The Converse Fund, which provides campus-wide resources to help enrich our programs, empower our people, and enhance the places on our beautiful, historic campus. By participating in the Converse Fund Challenge, you made a direct impact by providing scholarships, supplying classroom technology and materials, supporting student success and wellness, recruiting top-notch faculty and staff, and so much more.

This year’s Converse Fund Challenge was on Thursday, March 6, 2025, and featured various opportunities to unlock additional gifts for The Converse Fund.

Trustee Emerita Dr. Rose Montgomery Johnston was the lead donor for the challenge, offering a generous $50,000 match for Converse Fund gifts on March 6, 2025. Converse is grateful to Dr. Johnston and her family for their enduring commitment to Converse through generosity and annual giving.
